<145mAh, 7미리 모터>

Have tried a few bit models but have had some problems with not enough power. This model has a 7mm superslick motor with falcon gears. Is made from 3mm depron, wing is a flat plate with the tips elevated and given elevons for stability. Simple depron fus with bits of balsa for the engine mount. Actuator is wound over a large straw.
여태까지 몇 개의 비트카로 만든 모델이 있었으나 충분한 출력을 얻지 못하는 문제가 있었다. 아래에 보이는 모델은 팔콘기어를 끼운 7미리 페이저모터이다. 이 비행기는 3미리 데프론(depron)으로 만들어 졌고, 날개는 평평한 판인데 날개끝부분이 기울어져있고,  엘러본(elevon)은 고정되어있다. 데프론과 엔진마운트(엔진을 올리는 대)를 만든 발사가 붙여졌다. 액추에이터는 큰 스트로우(큰빨대)에 감아서 만들었다.

Takes off from the ground, turns to the left and then straightens up, turns to the right are persistent and need to be corrected. Power off, it has a quick dive and then settles to a stable glide.
땅에서 이륙하여 좌로 선회하고, 상승한다. 우로 선회하려는데 잘 안된다. 교정이 필요하다. 전원을 끄고 급강하하여 착륙시킨다.

Realise now that the bit receiver does not give full switching of the mosfet and need to set the power up not for full voltage.
요즘에사 깨달은 건데, 비트카의 리시버는 mosfet을 충분히 제공하지 않으며, 출력을 높여야한다.

The wing span is 560mm, the central part is 400mm with the tip panels being 80mm, it has a chord of 80mm, and the elevons are 25mm added on. It was all cut from a single piece of 3mm depron, the tip panels were creased and folded up, a 10mm strip of glass cloth stuck on with acrylic varnish stabilises the joint. The elevons were creased and folded upwards, they then had a smear of pva glue to help hold their position. The fin is 90x60mm.

길이 : 러더포함 400미리(러더는 80미리),

엘러본(승강키와 보조날개의 역할을 한다.) : 25미리

위 모두 3미리 데프론을 잘라만듦.

러더 판떼기는 주름잡히고 접혀진 것이다.

아크릴 칠로 붙여진 10미리 유리섬유 줄이 접합부위를 고정시킨다.

엘러본은 주름잡히고 위로 접혀졌고, 위치를 고정시키려고 PVA접착제로 칠해졌다.

그 Fin(수직안정판, 여기서는 접혀진부분으로 생각됨.)은 90미리 X 60미리이다.

The bit car is an old one with a new MOSFET, however I found another bit car this week and it is a different design. The MOSFETs seem better, although when I used the forward one a component on the back became hot. I am now using the backwards mosfet. It also has a bridge for the steering with a single coil rather than the twin coils.

이 비트카는 새로운 MOSFET을 가진 오래된 놈이다. 하지만, 이번주에 발견한 다른 비트카는 디자인이 다르다. 뒷놈의 MOSFET이 더 좋아보이더라. 처음엔 앞놈도 썼지만 이제는 뒷놈을 쓴다. 액추에이터코일을 2개가 아닌 1개를 쓸수 있도록 브릿지(bridge)가 있더라.

전체중량은 23그램이다. 얘를 이쁘게 칠해줄 페인트를 사러가야겠다.

could you specify what mosfet did you use?

Hello, i got them from Indoor flyer http://www.indoorflyer.co.uk/index....CT&productid=82 , IRLML2502 .
나는 저사이트에서 IRLML2502, mosfet 을 주문했다.

I the current bit cars may have better mosfets than the old ones and may not need to be exchanged. It was odd that the mosfet that seemed to switch the power did not get hot but one on the underside of the board. Not enough knowledge to track down what was happening. I am going to get another car and will try again but using the standard mosfets, the reverse mode one seemed to have less problems.

요즘의  bit car는 더 좋은 mosfet을 가지고 있고 따라서 변경할 필요가 없다. 나는 다른 카를 구해서 표준적인 mosfet을 사용하여 시험할 작정이다.

자, 우리도 만들어 봅시다. (이미지 트레이닝입니다. 올드보이에서 최민식이 머리속으로 격투기 연습하는 것과 비슷합니다.)

1.      3미리 데프론을 구한다. 재활용품분리수거함에서 구할 수 있으면 좋지만 쉽지 않을 것이므로 주문한다. 펠콘 프로펠라, 바퀴, 피아노선, 발사(약간만)도 같이 주문한다. 145 mAh 리튬폴리머배터리와 충전기도 주문한다. 가는 에나멜선 가급적 0.05미리를 cd rom 드라이브에서 뜯어낸다.(또는 주문한다.) 에나멜선을 감은 코일에 들어갈 자석(직경 4미리정도)과 코어를 주문한다.

2.      옥션에서 7,000원짜리 비트챠지 카를 구매한다.

비트카를 분해하면 위 사진과 비슷한 파란 기판이 나온다.

파란기판을 잘 살펴보면 위와 같다.

3.      데프론을 잘라 동체, 날개(날개끝포함), 꼬리날개(러더포함)를 만들고 붙인다./랜딩기어와 바퀴를 붙인다.

4.      기판과 모터를 납땜한다.

5.      기판과 배터리단자를 납땜한다.

6.      액추에이터를 만든다. 위 사진과 같이 엑추에이터코일을 새로 붙이지 말고, 있는 그대로의 코일을 이용해 기술정보방의  80번  “☞비트챠지부품으로 꼬리날개 조정방법” 처럼 엑추에이터를 만들어도 된다.

7.      스퍼기어와 프로펠러를 장착하고 부품을 동체에 올린다.(수신기 기판, 모터, 스퍼기어, 프로펠러, 액추에이터) 수신기와 배터리는 스카치테이프로 붙여서 추후 무게중심을 봐가며 옮길 수 있게 한다.

8.      시험비행을 하면서 튜닝을 한다.
